Port Ripaille, les grèbes

Super appartement avec un emplacement paradisiaque! Grand jardin, grill et place de parc à disposition devant la maison et surtout, un pédalo à disposition! On a bien profité des canaux! Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le propriétaire est réactif et disponible, les échanges avec lui ont été très agréables.

Comme c’est un bien « privé », il y a pas mal d’affaires personnelles à l’étage inférieur et du coup, il manque de la place pour ranger nos propres affaires. Par contre, au niveau supérieur (les chambres) c’était nickel. Nous avons trouvé le prix un peu élevé en hors saison (mi-octobre) car les activités de la résidence sont limitées (piscine fermée, restaurant ouvert que le week-end). Par contre, il serait adapté pour un séjour estival!

La maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. L'accès direct au lac grâce au pédalo et au kayak La localisation dans port ripaille et la piscine partagée.

Mooie locatie aan het water. Een echte plus zijn de kano en waterfiets. De kids van 14 en 16 waren er niet vanaf te slaan. Het huis is inderdaad verouderd, maar het alle voorzieningen en benodigdheden. Ook het gebruik van de gas bbq is een plus. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt!

It could be fantastic place, or it could be terrible, depends on weather. We have stayed when the temeprature outside was 35-39 at day and about 29 ant night, so this place was sauna - there is no air conditioning and only one fan, which was no help at all. I suppose now there some solutions to have inside some conditioning, not ruining fasade and etc. But the place is very nice, there is view to the boats and catamarans and fantastic sunset. Overall it is good place, but it seems like it became old and it goes as it goes, without investments in it. So I would say that it was the worst money/quality balance in this year my Eurotrip, having in mind that we have stayed in Switzerland also :).

Not worth money, if you can't sleep and breath as the place became sauna on hot weather. It is huge dependency on weather conditions, it could be fantastic, it could be terrible. Unfortunately, we came on heat wave and it was terrible, so reading my comment have in mind the situation, it was affected by.
