A simple house surrounded by nature—the perfect place to recharge your batteries!!

A simple wooden house—nothing grand or luxurious—but what sets this place apart is the nature that surrounds it: a small lake next to the house, falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall, and waking up to the birds singing. It’s a place to disconnect from the world and recharge your batteries. There are several trails on the property, and it’s a 40-minute drive to the beaches and 1 hour and 20 minutes to the mountains by car… The access road to the house is mostly unpaved and in somewhat poor condition, but I’ll provide the location, so you can’t miss this paradise.

The property
The property spans 360,000 m² / 36 ha with native forest, open areas, and reforested land, several roads and trails throughout the property—no signs, but easy to navigate. It’s located in a hilly/mountainous area, with several waterfalls and small springs, as well as a medium-sized waterfall running through the central part of the property. There’s also a small reservoir/lake next to the house. Guests can enjoy all areas of the property. On the property, we have a small flock of chickens, ducks, and geese… if guests would like to experience collecting eggs, feeding the animals, tending the vegetable garden, or picking fruit… this is included in the stay; some items are available for consumption only on the property (by arrangement), and we sell items if you’d like to take them back to your hometowns.
We provide an itinerary of nearby tourist attractions tailored to each guest’s preferences so you can have the best experience and make the most of the region.

Note: Hunting and fishing are prohibited* (fishing by arrangement); collecting native flowers/plants is also prohibited.

Guest access
All areas of the property and some neighboring land for access to the forest, lookout points, and private waterfalls.

Additional notes
The property is located 40–50 minutes from the beaches, 1 hour and 30 minutes from the mountains, and 40 minutes from a town offering Portuguese, Italian, and German cuisine. I’ll send you an itinerary tailored to your preferences and length of stay.
