Svaneti Apartment's - Cozy Mountain Apartments in Mestia

We spent 5 nights here, and it was a good choice. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, simple, and functional for our stay. The kitchen was minimalist but fully equipped for preparing simple meals. Cleaning supplies (a sponge and dish soap) as well as toiletries were provided, along with one towel per person. Additional towels were available upon request, and guests could also do the laundry facilities free of charge (upon request). The apartment was well heated, making the colder evenings pleasant. Parking was available on the premises. The host was responsive and readily available when needed - she lives next door. The location is practical, with hiking trails accessible directly from the apartment. There is also a good and inexpensive restaurant right next door. Despite the squeaky door and the neighboring apartment being occupied, the nights were calm and quiet, so the soundproofing seemed fine.

What a wonderful stay at Svaneti apartments (we stayed in the one bedroom apartment). The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and very cosy and comfortable. It was a convenient location to the centre of Mestia - just a short walk, which we enjoyed but there's also some restaurants and a little shop neighbouring as well. We really felt at home during our stay and the hostess Tamara was friendly, kind and accommodating. She also let us know how to reach her and was available if we needed anything.

Some folks might find the bed a little hard, but a topper has been added and I still slept great.

Spacious apartment with everything you need,very good restaurant in the next building, Tamara is great helpfull host, she helped us with transfers, horse riding tour, everything and made delicious breakfasts🌞 location 5 minutes to center with ATM, markets, bakery.. 20 min to Tetnuldi ski center by transfer

AC and Ventilation requires improvement, Property was having damp smell.
