The room was pretty cool. You get a side view of the beach but still beautiful. It’s a little dated but still nice. We received this room after another room was flooded out.

We really enjoyed staying in 624 at Patricia Grand. It was nice having a kitchen.

This condo was in a great location with an excellent view of the ocean. However, I would have expected a higher standard of service and cleanliness.
The floors were dirty, there were handprints on the headboard, dried on food on the cutlery and used coffee grounds in the coffee maker when we arrived.
Our stay was for 5 nights - on the 3rd night I texted the Vacasa service line to ask if I could exchange the rooms towels for a clean set. I was advised that I would have to wash them in the condos laundry facilities myself.
To top it off our room keys stopped working several times throughout our stay.
All that being said, the ladies working the front desk tried their best to be kind and helpful.
