The location, the deck, and the unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean is breathtaking! It is a spacious and well laid out unit. Bathrooms have been updated recently, and it is decorated beautifully at the kitchen is sparsely stocked with dishes, silverware, serve ware, covered dishes and cooking tools. The management company was wonderful to deal with and people in units around us seemed so kind.

We were surprised to find such a light and airy unit. Since it is a top floor unit on the end, the skylights and side windows made it so pleasant. The balcony was quite large with a great view of the ocean. We weren't sure how it would be to stay in a condo instead of a house on the ocean, but with the beach access being so easy, it was great. We did rent beach chairs which helped. The beach was not at all crowded either. The food nearby was outstanding! Crazy good ice cream at Pecan Jacks, the Old Fish House never disappoints, and the Perfect Pig was a wonderful surprise of deliciousness.

Liked the patio and beach views but condo itself had leaking faucets and leaking toilet. Washing machine had mildew on top of tub. Ice maker did not work. Parking a Ford F150 truck was difficult due to narrow and insufficient spaces; would not fit in tight covered bays. Ground maintenance was somewhat lacking.
