A few more steps and you'll be directly on the beach. The open-concept living area is furnished with a large flatscreen TV and DVD player and the dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the granite kitchen countertop. You'll find the large kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to put on a culinary showstopper for your guests.

Lots of great restaurants pepper the area surrounding this awesome home. Three miles away, stroll through Seaside and catch a sunset at Bud and Alley’s. (Hint: if you can guess the time of the sunset, you'll get a free drink!) Have lunch at one of many Airstream food trucks or get the Grits à Ya Ya at Great Southern Café. The local favorite, Old Florida Fish House, is less than one mile away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
