Our small family enjoyed the location and amenities in this cabin. On the day we arrived, driving into the neighborhood we spotted a mama bear and 4 cubs just down the street from the house. Our granddaughter was thrilled! This house provided a nice quiet location with very little road traffic. They were doing some new builds just down the street but we didn't hear any of that construction. It was noted that most of the attractions we wanted to visit/see were within a 15 minute walk, however, we found that to be a little too far for our granddaughter as once we walked to the area then we were still walking another mile or so to the rest of town. On the second day we ended up just paying to park in town. Parking at the house was a little tight but doable. We would definitely stay here again!

If you want to see bears daily you will at this house. Only 15 min walk to downtown, last block by house isn’t developed so rather dark and very very quiet. Really only negatives is no way you will be able to park two cars, one large suv is a challenge. Grill is so rusted no way to use either. Would recommend house for family if 2-4 though.

This chalet looks just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. Our daughters loved the hot tub and we enjoyed the arcade games and outdoor area. We did spot a few bears very close by so you have to we aware of your surroundings. The reason I didn’t give this five stars is because the master bedroom is very small and cramped. There is no closet and the dresser has extra blankets in some of the drawers so we were living out of our suitcase. The upstairs bedroom is roomier but no closet there either. We didn’t plan to cook meals while we were there so the kitchen was fine for us but I think it would be really difficult due to very minimal counter space and no dishwasher. Another downfall is the parking. We have a small SUV and I’m not sure how we would’ve fit another vehicle. The little parking area is right next to a little drop off by the creek and the road on the other side. Over all we enjoyed our stay.
