We saw bears every day...on our street!! (It is safe, you just need to look around when you get out of your car or walk outside.) You can go an entire vacation down here and hardly see a bear. Not on Baskins Creed Road. Saw 4 cute little cubs running around. Just don't bother them or get too close. They are not aggressive towards humans. You can walk to the strip from the cabin.

The inside of the house was clean, and neat. Had all the modern amenities you could want. There are apartments all around, and active construction next door. You are close(walking distance) from downtown Gatlinburg. Saw a bear within a half hour of arriving. No creek access, which it clearly shows in the first photo(you should really change that) but, overall we had a good stay.

Up on arrival noticed hot tub not working & empty. Took 3 calls to finally get a ticket filled out, finally the next day property manager contacted us & send cleaning lady out to fix it. Luckily we did get to enjoy one nice evening in the tub before our departure that next morning . We did get a 45.00 refund from hot tub. Cabin nice but saw a roach on toilet, & the following morning a roach on the counter. Bed very comfortable
