Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

The toilet wobbles,
The Shower Curtain is Dirty,
Lamp on nightstand doesn’t work,
Lightening dull in all fixtures
(not including the bathroom)
Balcony door lock was loose… and got stuck had to have maintenance come look at it… Maintenance came to the room (an hour later) while we were gone and didn’t close the door all the way with all our out belongs and valuables inside.
Its not a bad place to stay but we will be looking at other units within the building next time.

Wonderful stay, love that it’s pet friendly! Patricia Grand has it all. Only 2 complaints; The Starbucks inside the hotel had to close for two days due to leak 💁🏻♀️ and the toilet in our unit was not sturdy ( wobbled a lot). We always love the pool area with beach access so close. Very clean lobby for the amount traffic (with doggies) in and out.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet on out last day there. Didn’t like that my door wasn’t closing correctly and then apparently there were complaints about the door before we checked in per the door repair man who fixed the sliding entrance door. Had some popcorn ceiling falling on our bed. Phone wasn’t working correctly and I made calls during my first day to front desk then the other times I was hung up on by them.
