The property is very nice, with some problems, such as a carpet with a giant stain in the front bedroom and a bad speaker that took 2 days to clean. I don't know if it was due to a leak or misuse by previous guests. Some lights are burned out and the shower in the bathroom in the back bedroom has very little water coming out. The property owner needs to complain to the condominium, as it is depreciating his property. If these issues are fixed, the overall rating for the next families will be very good.
