We have six security cameras. One at the front door, one above the garage facing the driveway, one inside the garage, one in the backyard facing the garden, one at the side yard, and one at the pool deck. All cameras record color video and audio and will be on at all times.
*Cleaning*
Casa Tropicál will always be professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Guests with extended stays will also receive complementary cleaning service every two weeks. The bi-weekly service will consist of light cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. It will not include linen service or tidying of personal items.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
** Is the pool heated? **
Yes! If requested, the pool will be heated to 80°F from 5am–5pm at no extra charge (Nov - April). However, the heater shuts off if the air temp drops below 52°F. The pools stays naturally warm in the heat of the summer. If guests would like to increase the temperature, there will be an additional fee per night for the entire duration of the reservation.
** What items do you supply? **
We provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, a well stocked kitchen with utensils including pots/pans, coffee maker, basic spices, etc. We provide enough toilet paper and paper towels to get you through the first few days of your stay.

A beautiful home and private backyard sanctuary! This is our second time staying here and we love it! So thoughtful to have fresh flowers, muffins, and strawberries for us. The kitchen is incredible. We love to stay home and grill and that is so perfect to enjoy at the table by the pool. Super close to the bike trail which is our favorite activity. Plus a short walk to see the amazing sunsets. The only disappointment was the heater was not able to get fixed in the pool and it was simply too cold to swim in the pool. We love the small town feeling of Crystal Beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! God’s blessings to you both.

Great place, both the home and area!We felt like personal guests, not strangers here.There were personal touches greeting us everywhere, from full out coffee supplies to a fruit/muffin basket to fresh flowers!It was so clean and fresh; restful to look at and live in!The home has personality, from history and owners; they really put their heart and soul into this one! The rooms flow, and the antique pieces and light fixtures transport a nice home to a showstopper!The pond and landscaping (late February shows great promise of what is to come!) were like walking thru a botanical garden.Pool was refreshing after a long hot bike ride on the (closeby) Pinellas Trail.Lots of space for Yoga in the garden every morning.Beds were super comfy!Plenty of kitchen ware and knives that actually cut (so many miss this, but you all nailed it!)For early morning guests, you may want to put some kind of window treatment on the kitchen window.Seriously, if that's my only "wish" for this place- it's almost heaven!Thanks for a great week! we will look to return HERE!Nick & Sharon
