This was a lovely little property in a great location. So close to Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs. Also within a very short distance of a park and access to the water.The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. There were two great outdoor areas for seating both in a porch and outdoors with a fire pit.Communication was easy when we had a slight little problem.I would definitely recommend this property.

Host responded quickly. House was clean and comfortable. We cooked all week, enjoying well-equipped kitchen and grill. Puzzles, games, hot tub, kayaks, and other entertainment all added fun to our trip. Outdoor spaces were cozy. The location was excellent. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in this delightful home. The kitchen and furniture was fabulous. The lanai and backyard was a wonderful addition to enjoy relaxing outside in a private area. We really enjoyed this beachy home and all the personal touches for decor and recreation. My teen son really enjoyed playing the steel drums so we bought him a small one during a visit to Tarpon Springs. We would definitely recommend! ps. only challenge was the toilet running and the bathtub filling up with a bit of water during showers. I'm sure these will be remedied easily.Thank you so much Coastal Retreat!!ps. We also appreciated the kayaks and paddleboard!! 3 3 3

Don’t get me wrong, the location and included amenities (kayaks and paddle boards) were great. The back area is also nice and we had a fun evening sitting and talking out there. There was a huge incomplete ceiling repair that unless I missed something, was not mentioned in the listing. There is a lot of aging in the kitchen with a leaky water dispenser and rust. To be fair, we didn’t make a stink about it because our stay was short. My brother did call in a faulty toilet during our stay though. The communications were good, and they were considerate. Overall, considering the space and location, it was fine, but we will consider other rentals on our next visit.
