About this villa rental
Recent neo-provençal house (2009) south facing not overlooked on a plot of 2700 m2, swimming pool of 10mx4m with beach / terrace of 55m2 + outdoor living room and consisting of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 master suite on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs), 2 bathrooms (one with whirlpool), 2 toilets, living / dining room of 50 m2, fully equipped kitchen, terraces for lunch of 25 m2 with barbecue. Air conditioning is present in the dining room and bedrooms. Possibility of 4 extra beds (independent T2). Wooded land, quiet location with access to the beach of Nartelle in 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car, bowling, games room with ping-pong table and table football. Beautiful coastal town of Sainte-Maxime 3 km. Golf Sainte-Maxime (18 holes) nearby. Saint-Tropez 15 minutes by boat shuttles. Many opportunities for hiking in the Massif des Maures.

From the moment that we arrived it was perfect, with Alain and Patrica kindly welcoming us into their home, it was spotless and perfect. We were a family of 4, with a couple of friends staying for a few nights each. The house, space, facilities, location are all exceptional.
We loved it so much, we have already confirmed for next year.

Das Mietobjekt entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr schön, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten um sich zu Beschäftigen (Ping Pong , Botcha uvm) und auch sich zu erholen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut Zentral man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt, beim Einkaufscenter oder auch in St.Tropez.
Einziger minus Punkt für uns waren die Umgebungsarbeiten von diversen Nachbarn die 3 Tage andauerten inkl Sonntag.
Ansonsten würden wir diese Unterkunft gleich wieder bevourzugen.

Patricia et Alain nous ont accueillis de manière très chaleureuse et amicale. Ils nous ont laissé leur maison en toute confiance . « Alicia » est une villa très agréable où il faut bon vivre. Elle possède tout de confort intérieur et extérieur . Nous y avons passé 2 merveilleuses semaines et comptons bien y retourner pour l’été prochain. Isabelle
