This villa with a pool is located in southern Spain, in the charming coastal town of Salobrena—a small seaside town famous for its Moorish castle, surrounded by whitewashed houses and green fields.
This villa was built to a high standard and is ideally located in the very quiet residential neighborhood of “Monte de los Almendros,” which offers free access to its communal area featuring a soccer field, a tennis court, a large swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, free Wi-Fi, and many more amenities.
Unique coastal towns such as Almunácar, Salobrana, and La Herradura are easily accessible via modern highways along the Costa Tropical.
The A7 highway west toward Málaga takes you along the romantic coastline of the “Costa del Sol.”
The A44 highway toward Granada takes you directly through the majestic Sierra Nevada, with its peaks rising over 3,000 meters and covered in snow in winter.
You can fly into Málaga or Granada and be at your destination within an hour.
The famous Monte de los Almendros: a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood, it takes its name from the beautiful almond trees with white blossoms that cover its gentle slopes in the spring. Mediterranean and even tropical plants beautify the area and give you that wonderful vacation feeling.
In the village of Salobreña, you’ll find all the shops you need.
All along the long beach are various restaurants that can satisfy every taste.

My husband, kids and I spent a week in Salobrena and enjoyed the property very much. It was great to be able to swim in the pool. We will never forget the fabulous view. Esperanza, the property manager was cheerful and helpful. It was very pleasant to deal with her. Thank you!

We had an exceptional stay in this exceptional villa!
Pros:
- The sea view
- The living room (and its sea view, decoration, sofas, ...)
- The terraces (and their sea view)
- The swimming pool (and its sea view)
Cons:
- House (bathrooms) and accessories (deckchair on the pool board, barbecue) a little aging
- Not enough crockery if you are more than 4
Even if we can always improve a few points, this villa is absolutely fantastic and will leave you with wonderful memories (especially a sea view that you will never forget!)

Upon arriving at the house, we were warmly greeted by the caretaker, Esperanza, a very sweet and helpful lady. She gave us a thorough tour of the house and handed over the keys, making us feel very welcome.
The House
Location: The location is fantastic, offering a breathtaking view. However, there are a lot of stairs both inside and outside the house, so it might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
Bedrooms: The bedrooms were comfortable with nice mattresses and pillows.
Bathrooms: The bathrooms on the first floor had a persistent bad odor throughout our 14-day stay, despite our efforts to eliminate it. Additionally, we had to deal with cockroaches during the first few days. The ground-floor bathroom was clogged, causing the water to rise during showers.
Living Room and Kitchen: Both the living room and kitchen were fine, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the house.
Hot Water: It's important to note that hot water is not available before 11:00 AM.
The Outdoors
Pool: The pool was big, clean, and very nice. Pool keepers attended to it several times during our stay. The pool area and terraces were great, offering stunning views. However, the pool light was disconnected, which would have enhanced the evening atmosphere and encouraged late-night swims.
Terrace Lighting: The lights on the dining terrace were not working, necessitating the use of candles. The lamps were present but non-functional.
