A wonderful place! The Jelašnica gorge is within walking distance. 2 excellent restaurants are just down the hill in about 8 min drive (Night & Day, Kafana Ivan), and the owners are delightful people. Comfortable and cute, I was very thankful for my stay.

Not much I would improve on at all. It really is a great place, the price only makes it that much better!! Especially if you plan on hiking, stay here!

This is a somewhat unusual type of accommodation, designed in the style of a mountain lodge. If you’re comfortable sharing a bathroom and kitchen, then you’re in the right place. The rooms are cozy and nicely decorated, and everything is very clean. A small drawback in winter is that, to reach the kitchen, you have to step outside and enter it from the outside. However, the kitchen itself is also very clean and spacious.You have a beautiful view of the rock face in the Jelašnica Canyon, which offers plenty of routes for sport climbing. This is truly a paradise for climbers. One thing you need to know, is that the hosts have a lot of cats, so if that doesn’t bother you – great. It’s also not the most suitable accommodation for children, since the yard is terraced and the balcony is not fenced, so extra caution is needed. Parking is available on the lower part of the road, which we recommend using—just let the locals know if you park near their houses. If you’re coming in winter, keep in mind that the access to the house is uphill, so caution is needed. Be sure to ask the hosts about these details, as they’ll explain best. All in all, it’s an ideal place for groups who enjoy good climbing and mountaineering. Local food in the restoran Brka in the center of Jelasnica village was good and good in price.

The accommodation is not pet-friendly, which is perfectly understandable, but the hosts should point out that they have a large number of cats. This might be an issue for someone who is sensitive or allergic, so it’s good to know in advance.

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus und ein gastfreundlicher Gastgeber, der alles selbst gebaut hat. Alles ist mit Herz und Geschmack gemacht.

Nachts war es dunkel und beängstigend, mit dem Auto anzufahren. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ziemlich extrem. Es ist besser, bei Tageslicht zu fahren.

Great location as a base for hiking Suva Planina / Trem. Very modern and clean facilities. One of the best hosts ever - an ex tourist guide and it shows. Full of great advice and always happy and smiling and wanting to help.
