Pelican Beach Resort is on the beach, no need to cross any roads.
In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.
This unit offers a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.
Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

Clean and updated, without any issues.
Checkin was easy, and everything was as expected or better.
Only downside is that it is a very busy property, but it does have ammenities that comes with a property that size.

The property was clean and had comfortable pillows/bed. The unit had a balcony view of the ocean/beachfront. The unit had beach equipment on the balcony that you could use. The kitchen had enough essential to include a cooler you could pack up for the beach. Definitely well appointed!

Host was very responsive and accommodating with our last minute change. Unit was very clean. Kitchen could be more furnished.
