INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

We had a great experience at the pelican beach! Our balcony over looked the gulf and you could see dolphins swim by at least 2 times a day! To respond to reviews that almost didnt make me pick this condo, yes its a bit dated but how often are you really in the condo when there are 3 pools, beach, and countless activities in the area! The garbage chute accross the hall can be a bit loud but we had a sound machine and could hardly hear it! Overall would recommend this condo. We also booked some of the free experiences that came with staying here which included golf and a sunset dolphin cruise!

We have stayed at pelican Beach numerous times over the past 10 years. This particular unit was filthy, very generic, rusted fixtures, all of the outlets need to be replaced because nothing stays plugged into them. We were so disappointed we will definitely never stay in this unit again pelican Beach overall is a great complex with a fantastic view of the beach. Lots of great amenities just stay away from this unit. The owners need to put a little bit of effort into it. So many things need to be replaced.
