We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving — cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree that made everything feel extra magical.The bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and we ended every night relaxing in the hot tub. The check-in and check-out process was simple, and it was really easy to get in and out of the house.The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We accidentally left an item behind, and they were so helpful in getting it back to us quickly. We truly appreciated their hospitality.We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house! Cozy, perfectly located, and great for families!

If giving a review for the house, I would say it was amazing! However, the owners were not nice to chat with and the families who stayed at this house will never rent from Luke and Avery again. We had a situation where the house was double booked. The other family who was supposed to stay there showed up around 11:00pm the day of check in. The man walked up to the house and used the code to get in with two of our kids in the room. The adults were out back. After chatting with him we realized we both had the house booked. (They booked through a different platform.) Luckily they were very nice and left to go figure out what they were going to do. (How terrible for them.) We were concerned with them knowing the code to get into the house. When I messaged the home owners about this concern, they never replied during our stay, which was disappointing. On our way home, I express concerns to the homeowners about how they didn't reply to our safety concern. They replied then saying they had no way to change it over a holiday and they didn't respond because "it was a lose lose situation. No way to make you happy." I understand if they can't change the code, but then tell us that instead of ignoring the problem. When expressing concern about having the house double booked they replied, "Really wasn't a big deal and wasn't our fault that ____ booked someone without telling us. This is what happens when you have one of the most popular properties on the planet. Can't expect you to understand." Really? This is how you respond your renters? They also went on to say "Sorry you had someone knock on your door, but it really wasn't that big of a deal and there was no way to avoid it." I think having a complete stranger walk into our vacation rental at 11:00 at night with our kids in a room is a big deal! What if he wasn't so nice and decided to get angry when he seen the house was already being used? Having good communication with your homeowners is huge for me and I'm sure many others. I will never rent from them again. (They have at least five other rentals.) Again, the house was nice, but owners were immature and not easy to work with.
