About this house rental
Beautiful recent villa of 180 m2, located on a plot of 2000 m2 located 10 minutes from Ruoms and Vallon pont d'Arc.
Composed of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and two separate toilets.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
A fitted kitchen open to the living room opening onto the terrace through bay windows (one of which is pocket-sized).
A heated swimming pool and a pool house equipped with a gas plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs enhance the exterior.
The swimming pool is in service from mid-April to the end of October
Several parking spaces are available in front of the house.
A ping ping table, shuffleboard, badminton rackets are available
Bed linen is included in the rental
Deposit of 1500€ to be paid on arrival. Mandatory cleaning of 220€
We want to keep quiet with regard to the neighborhood, organized parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties are forbidden.
In summer, reservation only by the week minimum, from Saturday to Saturday, possibility weekend outside the summer period, 3 nights minimum

Jolie propriété bien équipée avec une piscine chauffée et un environnement au calme. Un WE de retrouvailles en Ardèche plus que réussi. Belle expérience je recommande.
