Lovely place!

The owner was great at suggesting things for us to do and the place was very well run. Only 4 apartments so nice and calm, with everything you'd need in the apartment. Fabulous location - Ruoms is charming with good restaurants and everything in walking distance from the Clos. There's also lots to do in the surrounding area if you have a car.

Perfect

The flat is new, ever turning very clean with a cool, modern deco. Everything working perfectly. The location cannot be better, next to the center of town, next to a bakery and a pizza place to enjoy in your private terrace. Vincent and Stephanie were so helpful and nice with us. Very very nice people. I strongly recommend this place.

Super adresse à Ruoms !

L’appartement était spacieux, très bien équipé, propre, bien décoré et l’emplacement est vraiment top. Le propriétaire nous a donné un tas de conseils très pertinents pour la visite de la région. Il y a une place de parking pour chaque appartement ainsi qu’une terrasse privative.

O apartamento é muito agradável e amplo. O check-in foi tranquilo e nos sentimos acolhidos com o delicioso suco e vinho deixados. A anfitriã foi muito prestativa ao nos receber, explicando como tudo funciona e dando dicas de passeios voltadas aos nossos interesses. Foram úteis! O estacionamento é outra vantagem, assim como a localização no coração da cidade. Muito obrigada!

Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Kern von Ruoms.

Neuwertig renovierte große Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße. Läden und Bäcker sowie Brasserien in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schönes Grundstück mit eigener Aussenküche für jede Wohnung. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Küche mit Ofen und Spülmaschine. Sehr netter Vermieter mit vielen Tips für Ausflüge. Pool war noch zu kalt, sah aber sehr sauber aus.

Der Garten bekommt viel Verkehrslärm ab. Wenn man dort viel Zeit verbringen will ist das zu berücksichtigen. Im Haus hört man es bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht.

Proche de la perfection, propreté et décoration parfaites.Emplacement de choix

Un bémol, dans la pièce à vivre : cuisine et salon, la partie salon ne dispose que d'un canapé 2 places et pour un appartement de 4 personnes c'est juste. Le tarif de la nuit, pour la saison, semble un peu élevé malgré la qualité de la prestation.
