About this farm stay rental

5 minutes from the beaches of La Baume, near the village of Ruoms, near the gorges of Ardeche. Mas completed renovating in 2018 300 M2 for 12 people. You will appreciate its large volumes and its neat decoration of Indian influence.
Comfortable, 8mx4 off-season heated pool, 5-seater spa, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, American fridge, private parking, washing machines and dishes. Sheets and towels provided.

The house was great, pool and jacuzzi super, 2 kitchens, complete equipment, big bbq, everything was great, even better then promissed! I can recommend this house for a great familyholiday! The owner is very friendly and he made our holiday a very good one!

We were a group of 7, My husband and I along with our four children and one of their girlfriends. Charles was a very attentive host. He met us personally and showed us to the house (despite our very late unfortunate arrival) The pictures of the house are wonderful but do not do enough justice. For people who it may be important to, due to location the wifi was not consistent. The pool was wonderful to relax in and the hot tub and the room it is situated in was fabulous. There are many pans, utensils, crockery etc. The space this house offers means there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling like they were on top of each other. The local areas were very pretty, and there is lots to explore with amazing views, The local supermarket approx 10 minute drive carrys pretty much anything you would need. The local pizza takeaway is also less than a 10 minute drive, near there is a place you can get chips, so the mamas can have a rest from cooking! Wonderful place to stay, if you are considering it, you wont be disappointed! Thank you Charles!

Had a great time. Villa was perfect and the pool; although a little cool, was just what we all needed when temperatures hit 39 degrees. Charles was extremely helpful and always at the other end of the telephone. Just wonderful.

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Stimmige Einrichtung bis in die Details. Beide Pools haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, besonders die Grotte mit Whirlpool ist für die Abende eine Bereicherung im Herbst. Kochen auch für unsere große Gruppe ist durch die zwei Küchen mit allen Sonderwünschen komfortabel möglich gewesen. Und dann noch der große Grill. Die Lage ist toll, in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man an der ersten Badestelle am Fluß. Vom Haus aus kann man auch schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Die Stadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, der große Supermarkt mit dem Auto auch nicht weit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr angenehm, freundlich, gut erreichbar und verlässlich.

Grand mas constitué de deux maisons réunies : idéal pour un groupe de vacanciers composé de deux familles. Maison bien située : près de Vallon Pont d'Arc, près de Ruom et de Labeaume. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. La maison est proche de toutes les activités : descente de l'Ardèche en canoé, visite des avens et de la réplique de la grotte Chauvet, baignade en rivière, randonnées, villages de charme,... Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans une région qui a su garder son authenticité. Une location que je recommande sans réserve.

The house and all facilities are in excellent shape. Everything is newly renovated. It is situated on the outskirts of a small village just outside of Ruoms but nonetheless in walking distance. The owner, Charles is friendly, pleasant to deal with, and very helpful. We forgot 100 Euros worth of travel bottles in the fridge on departure. He shipped them to us and they arrived today
