This place is right behind the Gold Museum in the heart of historic Bogota. The apartment itself was very nice, with a nice chesterfield and a good little kitchenette. The lady in the office was nice enough and when I asked for my garbage to be brought out and for fresh towels to be brought in a maid came in 9 minutes
I didn't really like arriving there, being asked by the security guards who I'd booked with (what do you mean, who?) and then having to locate the office for the company that ran my part of the building somewhere on the 8th floor...The gym and games room etc. were a bit perfunctory, and the water and dryer only accept 10K peso bills and don't give any change. The area is lively in several senses

Very good value for money. Very central. Small but decently equipped place. Comfy bed, working Wifi. Good desk. Functional internet. Good security - always too.
Forgot to provide towels on the first night, after 5pm they have no contact with hosts (I arrived at 6pm). The area although very central with lots of conveniences is very dodgy, if you know Bogotá it's ok but if it's a first time or single females etc I'd opt to stay in a safer place. They advertise a gym but the gym has one treadmill that doesn't work and about two other machines.
