Julio muy atento. Camas cómodas. Tiene un ventanal enorme en que se puede apreciar la cuidad y los cerros. Piezas amplias y cómodas.. tiene accesorios para cocinar aunque faltan algunos. Pero lo básico está

No me gustó la ducha, pero porque es un gusto personal, las duchas eléctricas me desagradan. Pero agua caliente si había.

La ubicación es perfecta cerca de todo en la Candelaria, las vistas desde los cuartos únicas, las camas son cómodas. El internet funciona perfecto.

Uno de los jabones de mano estaba en mal estado.

Liked · - convenient location near the historic city walkable to tourist spots. - The view from the room to the Montserrate hills. - Host was very responsive to questions and was kind enough to allow late checkout with luggage for our evening flight.

Disliked · Very noisy area that made it very difficult to sleep. The bars nearby played loud music well into the night and the busy road noise is quite loud even though its the 18th floor. Better to avoid this area if you are a light sleeper. - The area also felt a bit sketchy in the evening after the businesses shut down. - Actual room is a bit less glamorous than the description with small rooms. No sound proofing between rooms. The squeaky doors were disturbing. - Lack of AC also had inconsistent temperature making it also hard to sleep. - Shower didn't really have hot water even though it was supposed to have some form of electric heater. - Bring your own soap or shampoo, just hand soap is provided. - No other facilities except a mini fridge (a microwave would've been nice). Didn't use the kitchen, but felt a bit bare. - A bit pricey for what was offered, less value for money with the noise factor being the biggest issue. They charged more than the list price on booking.com with some fine print mentioned about the transaction fees. Clarify total amount upfront to avoid surprises.
