Mieszkanie przstrzenne i dobrze odnowione. Położenie w samym rynku - blisko sklepy i darmowy parking w centrum. Wygodne łóżka. Na wyposażeniu telewizor i Netflix gratis. Ciekawa stylizacja mieszkania.
Wejście od podwórza przez klatkę schodową to katastrofa. Właścicielka nie ma na to wpływu, ale klatka schodowa po prostu ma nieprzyjemny zapach, który przenika czasem do mieszkania. Przy schodach ostrzeżenie przed trutką na szczury. Lokalne towarzystwo (pod monopolowym i na podwórzu) słychać wieczorami przez okna.
