The breakfast was very good, with a selection of the types of food you expect with a Polish breakfast. The location was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was built around an old mill and had a historical feel. There were many people working at the hotel and the staff were friendly. Some of the staff speak German, others English. The restaurant was exceptional. I had duck breast sous-vide, which was wonderful.
