It’s located on a very good location! A carrefour market, an Aldi, a night shop, a bakery, a bank and several fastfood restaurants were just in the same street. The house was very spacious and clean but above all we really loved the cosy and calm vibe in the house.

Disappointing

Location was good.

We spent over an hour trying to get into the house as the key was stuck in the door. We could reach the host or the emergency contact number. Both numbers were in a different time zone, so no one was able to help. At 8pm at night we finally managed to get the door open. The house was very cluttered with art and expensive belongings, not at all good if you have children with you. It was very difficult to find instructions for the house facilities and there was no one at all to help. In the morning I had a text from the host, who finally read that I had not been able to access the house. She left me leaving instructions, one of which was not to worry about cleaning. When we went to leave, the key got stuck in the door once again and we had to call for help. After a week, I had to chase the host to return my deposit of Euro 200. Only to be told 5 days later that they were going to deduct Euro 40 to clean 4 coffee cups, a few glasses a few plates. I would have done this myself, had the instructions been clearer.

Fun in Limburg

Very nice place to stay and very friendly hosts. The welcoming music immediately puts one at ease and in holiday or weekend mode.

Because of the heatwave while we were there, the bedrooms were too hot to sleep comfortably. Darker curtains might be helpful. Also, the kitchen is not really equipped for people who like to cook and eat at home.

Het was een aangename kennismaking.

Het is fijn om aan te komen in een gezellige sfeer. De lichtjes waren aangestoken en je voelde dat ze hun best hadden gedaan om het gezellig te maken en je comfortabel te voelen.

Mijn wagen was te groot, dus ik kon niet door de poort. Ik heb hem vooraan buiten moeten laten staan, wat absoluut geen probleem is want er is voldoende plaats voor de deur, het enige wat ik een beetje minder fijn vond is de nachtwinkel ernaast. Dat geeft wel wat geluid. Maar niet echt storend en langs de andere kant is het wel makkelijk zodat je daar nog iets kan halen wat je leuk vindt.

Had eerder verwacht dat het wat afgelegen zou liggen maar ligt langs grote baan. Achteraan het huis zit je wel volledig in het groen !
