Overall we had a wonderful time at this property. The good: very clean private heated pool and hot tub in November, bathrooms were very clean when we arrived, the character rooms were awesome! Beautiful colors scheme throughout, safe gated neighborhood, and plenty of room for 21 people. The not so good: most of the bedroom fans and lights did not work at all, the light in the main living room was shattered, the glass stovetop was cracked in the kitchen, no handicap safety bars in the lower bedroom bathrooms, broken knobs and drawers on dressers in the kids rooms, broken wall mounted toilet paper holders and towel racks, some bathroom shower doors were missing seals so they wouldn't close properly which caused water to pool on the floors, most of the TV's did not work properly, the outlets and light switches throughout the home didn't work, the walls throughout were very banged up with stains on them, the carpet was in rough shape- stained, rolled, and matted down, the pool safety fence was drilled into bricks that were falling apart (definitely a safety issue with little ones around). Some of the bed comforters were ripped and sheets stained. We had 2 handicapped adults with us and it was very difficult for them to manage. The house is about 25-50min driving distance from Walmart, Disney and Universal-- depending on i4 traffic. I messaged maintenance about the issues (mainly we couldn't get the patio door to lock) and mentioned all the broken and damaged things we noticed in the home. They said they were only here to look at the door and that the owner knows about the broken fans and lights etc. Unfortunately nothing was resolved during our stay. This home needs some serious tlc and touch up paint. It's unfortunate that guests abuse homes like this, but renting a house at this price point, I would expect it to be in better condition.

My family and I frequent Champions Gate every summer. This one was a bit special as me and my family celebrated my mother’s 65th Birthday. We hosted some our family members to celebrate and really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to coming back!!!

The house was as listed. Lots of things need to be repaired and updated though. Let them know they only had 4 forks and was told somebody would bring them. They never did. Some broken pieces in the fridge we also let them know about. Only had one pool stick. Was told a stick was ordered. Never got the stick so couldn’t play pool. The couch needs to be replaced. The leather is chipping. Rooms and bathroom were cleaned pool was nice. Close to Publix and big water pool at ChampionsGate. Everytime I messaged about something they were very helpful and messaged back immediately.
