Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great home. Some things were torn up when we got there but nothing major. Some things were dirty as far as bedding but overall we enjoyed and would book this home again.

This house definitely needs a lot of work and I can explain: the living room couch was broken upon arrival, the coffee table was not fully broken but it’s bound to happen to the next person if not careful (super wobbly). The upstairs sharing bathrooms had mold and rust, the outdoor table was not as pictured (literally a fold up table). There was also 2 upstairs bedrooms missing there & the projector screen didn’t work. The blinds covering the sliding door had a few missing and some with holes. The curtain rod on the left of the sliding door was on its last limb and lastly but not least the game room was extremely HOT and only had a portable a/c unit that was doing nothing & it was not mentioned it at all. I do not recommend this house at all.
