Welcome to our Seaside Villa Cape Landing. This vacation home in Cape Coral not only impresses with its quiet location.
The west-facing, electrically heated pool is ideal for watching the sunset and swimming a few laps. There is also an outdoor shower and direct access to one of the bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. For the safety of children, there is a fold-up pool fence.
Of course, there is also a cozy outdoor area with a gas grill and comfortable seating.
Inside the Seaside Villa Cape Landing, you will find everything you need for a perfect Florida vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, spices, blender, coffee maker and everything you need for a barbecue.
The living area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and comfortable seating.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is equipped with a king-size bed, Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and direct access to the pool area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, two sinks and a separate toilet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels).
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and shares a bathroom with the first guest room.
Beach towels and a cool box are available for trips to the beach. The garage offers space for vehicles and can of course be used. Three bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area (e.g. tennis courts nearby).

Loved the proximity to Cape Coral boulevard and ease of getting off of and around Cape Coral from this location. Fabian was great to work with. We didn’t have any issues with our rental. The house was dated, as we expected but was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Pool was warm.

My husband and I stayed in this home for 10 days while we were checking on our property and new build. This is a fantastic home with everything you need to relax, cook, swim, and enjoy what the area has to offer!
The home provided enough room for 6 people, let alone the two of us. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and lots of options for people to have a beach day, or just a day by the pool with some grilling.
The host was super responsive, and offered to help in anyway possible, always a plus!
Nice clean home, comfortable beds, and great location to everything!!
