About this house rental
NEW CONSTRUCTION - coveted Branson Cove. The most ideal Branson vacation destination location available. Closest lake front property to world renowned big cedar golf courses, including Tiger Woods’ only publicly available course in the US, Payne's Valley. 5 bedroom suites, all with their own full bathroom. Kings in four of the rooms and a bunk room with a queen and 3 XL twins. Top bunks are not suitable for very young kids. Daybed with trundle in one of the king rooms. Main living with large sectional and beautiful gas fireplace. Upstairs living has wet bar, pull out couch with memory foam mattress, and walks out to lake view upper deck. All new construction, large smart TVs in every room and Branson Cove amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, park and trail to water.
Indoor pool for all year round swimming option. Playground, pickle ball courts and fireside common space will all be fully constructed by 2023
Home will be handicap accessible with front door on the same grade as the street. Bedroom 2 on main floor has wider doors and and walk in shower with rails.
We include a few box fans at the house and recommend a sound machine for small children.

The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate traveling with so many people and 2 of them needed handicap accessible amenities! Kyle was great to respond quickly anytime I messaged him with questions! We hope to stay there again next year!

Spacious with bathrooms in every bedroom. Easy access to pools and pickleball court. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!
