Head over to the living room where you can lounge by the fireplace with your favorite show on or a great book. Allow yourself to be surrounded by fresh Ozarks air on the main level deck which has two seating areas to cozy up under the twinkle lights and an outdoor fireplace for those chilly evenings. Grill up some of your favorite foods on the gas grill while you watch the game on the outdoor TV.
Downstairs your family will love shuffleboard, fuse ball, and a PlayStation. Refresh with your favorite beverage, whether it comes from the wet bar or coffee bar. Keystone Lodge was perfect for our group! All the bedrooms were beautiful and the common space was just perfect. We love having the kitchen, dining and living space all connected. The hot tub and the outdoor fireplace were nice touches, also. Wonderful home for our group weekend getaway!

This was a fantastic stay. Keystone Lodge was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and things to do for all ages. The littles loved the bunk room and the adults really enjoyed spending time on the two decks. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill worked perfectly. We had a little issue with the AC the first night, but it was resolved quickly and quite professionally. The AC tech that came out could not have been better. The hot tub was awesome for the nights it got a little chilly and the multitude of TV's insured that everyone was able to watch the football game they wanted. Very convenient. Far enough away from everything, but close enough to be a short drive. We like it so much, we will be planning a summer trip hear.

Beautiful, well appointed home with comfortable beds and gorgeous views. The location was perfect. We had no issues at all and they even found my niece's lost stuffy and are helping to reunite them. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

The good:
* Home is beautifully decorated.
* Beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable.
* Shower pressure was fantastic.
* We were only there a short time but there were more starter supplies than I anticipated (TP, trash bags, etc). Which was great.
* Communication was frequent and easy.
* Great large space to eat and 7 bathrooms were great.
* bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor allowed us to spread out kids and adults perfectly!
Things that could be improved:
* Hard to find. When driving in the dark alone, trying to read the instructions given in the email is challenging. Especially if you’ve never been there and don’t know where to ‘look for the pool’. A suggestion might be to set up a pin from the house that can be texted to renters.
* The door locks need immediate repair . The sliding doors on the third floor and first floor wouldn’t lock. Less concerning on the third, but the first floor is where the kids were sleeping (bunk beds).
* Not a complaint or something that can be fixed, but more awareness for future renters. The house is ‘sideways ’. It doesn’t face forward like the rest of the homes. For good reason, they positioned it so you can see the water view from your back deck. But it was weird walking out of your front door and staring directly in the window of your neighbor (houses are on top of each other) or going out on you your back deck and all the neighbors able to see you in plain site (particularly weird with the hot tub).
* My biggest feedback and, candidly, complaint is on cleanliness. We have done several short term rentals and this is the first time I’ve been super disappointed with the cleaning.
* The dishes were disgusting. Food on plates, silverware, pots/pans. We had to hand wash anytime we wanted to use something. Someone needs to take every dish in that house and clean them.
* The Keurig needs deep cleaned or replaced. There is a gross film and mold growing where it looks like it’s never been cleaned.
* I’ll start this next one with the linens were all clean. But as we were unpacking the first night, I noticed several paper towels and hand towels that had been wadded up and placed on the bed headboard from prior guests. Super gross.
I’ll close this out with we had a great time. We will probably go back (not sure about this exact house.). But location was great. And space was great. Everything that wasn’t great, can be fixed if given proper attention.
