Refreshing views of the preserve from balcony and windows. Step out into the pool or the hot tub nestled among palm trees or visit the gym and heated pool at the club house in longer stays. Excellent condo, wonderful communication from owner! Perfect location for our visit to Jax/Nocatee for a baby shower. Photos accurate! Well kept, beautiful property.

The property was nice in a gated community. It had a musty smell when we first got there which seemed to clear as a/c was turned on. The elevator broke on Saturday and was still not fixed Sunday morning. We had to make 8 trips up and down stairwell from 3rd floor to load car. I am sure somebody in the building called someone to fix it but it may be still broken.
