Experience the warmth and hospitality of Casa Terramar Sayulita. Close to everything and yet a world away, nestled at the end of a cobblestone street, just 4 blocks from the beach and charming village of Sayulita.
This adult only property is an ideal place to enjoy Sayulita. Whether you want to hit the beach and surf or spend a relaxing day just lounging by the pool, Casa Terramar is your place to stay in Sayulita.
Casita Elena is a unique unit tucked in on the side of the property, very private.
It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with a queen bed and a twin. It features a full kitchen, dining area and living space. The bedroom and bath are completely enclosed. The kitchen, dining and living area are open and housed under a palapa roof surrounded but lush greenery. It is great indoor/outdoor living space. The view is of the jungle and town. It will be your own tropical paradise.
About our units
-All of our kitchens come fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, utensils etc. We provide purified drinking and cooking water. Bacteriacida is included as well for washing fresh fruit and vegetables.
-Housekeeping service is provided once per week. Your unit will be cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens.
-Free secure wireless internet service is available throughout the property.
-Beach towels are provided. Umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers are available for guests to use as well.
The property features a large beautiful pool, one that you can actually swim laps in. The poolside patio area is lush with tropical greenery, chaise loungers and umbrellas for comfortable poolside relaxing. Our upper terrace is a fun place to chill and a guest favorite. It’s the perfect spot to slip into the hammock, read a book, practice yoga, enjoy a private little happy hour or perhaps dinner alfresco complete with a mellow ocean breeze.
Lush tropical landscaping makes the property feel like you are in your own private oasis. Most guests spend at least one day during their visit hanging by the pool and enjoying the tranquility of the space.

Location
We are centrally located and close to both the beach and the village (about 4 blocks). We are at the end of a cul de sac off of Calle Coral and the main boulevard into town. 4 blocks to the west is the beach and the northern surf break. The area is a mix of Mexican and vacation homes which gives an authentic feeling to the neighborhood.
We do our best to keep our calendars updated but it is still always best to ask us about availability. Just send us a note we respond in less than 24 hours.
Please note that we do not offer Sunday check ins. This is the day our staff spends with their family. Thank you for understanding.

We enjoyed staying at Casita Elena with the palapa living room and kitchen. Loved having the all day breeze flowing throughout the living areas, and then having a private enclosed sleeping room. Loved the pool! A nice reprieve at the end of the day. I would suggest putting up blinds on the pool patio/deck though; at 4:00 when we almost always needed a break, we could not enjoy that space as it was full sun. We happily recommend this beautiful place!

Casa Elena at Teramar was great. Wonderful set up well equipped. It's a hike up the hill to get to so if there are mobility issues I'd rent a golf cart. Pool is a good size and super clean. You got your roosters and barking dogs but that's Mexico, I love it , I'd definitely go back!

Great little spot a short walk up a couple of steep hills. This place was perfect for my husband and I! Close enough to town, but not too close to be loud. We enjoyed the open air living and the pool was a must have! The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and the internet works well. Beth was the perfect host; she was around if we needed anything and her communication was great.
