In Bouilly, a village located 14 km from Troyes, discover a new vacation rental, the Cottage Famille en Othe, in a very spacious traditional Champagne-style house. It can accommodate up to 12 people. In the warmer months, you’ll enjoy its terrace and the small garden in front of the cottage.
A country feel close to the city. Located at the foot of the hills and the Pays d’Othe forest, ideal for hiking.
It is located in the center of the village with local shops just a 1-minute walk away.
Close to Chablis, Champagne, the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, factory outlets, Nigloland, and the historic center of Troyes.
The cottage features, on the first floor, a large dining room, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a laundry room.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms—2 of which are on a split level—a reading area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
You’ll be staying in the Cottage at the Gîtes Famille en Othe property.
The property comprises 2 vacation rentals in total: Le Cottage and its renovated barn.
Each vacation rental is self-contained and has its own private garden.
Sheets and towels are provided.
It is possible to rent the entire property, which increases the total capacity to 20 people.
