Er was onduidelijkheid bij aankomst over de beschikbaarheid van de kamer, ondanks de reserverings bevestiging . Daardoor moesten we langer wachten voor we een kamer hadden.
We vonden de bedden behoorlijk hard

Großes Zimmer und gute Lage. Fussläufig war viel zu erreichen. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Für den Preis in Ordnung
Der Check-in war sehr kompliziert, da das Hotel anscheinend nicht gut organisiert ist, und nicht mit unserer Ankunft gerechnet hat. Die Frau an der Rezeption hat kein Englisch gesprochen und konnte auch keinen Übersetzer bedienen. Das Zimmer war etwas dreckig (Haarbüschel überall) und die Handtücher, die im Zimmer waren, waren Nass und dreckig und definitiv nicht frisch. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann aber saubere bekommen.
