Exceptional value for the location. Wonderful front porch to sit and relax between excursions. A mini market just up the road that has a lot of what you might need. Walking distance to a couple of nice beaches. Good choice to stay if you want to be near the beaches as well as walking distance to the main port of Argostoli

The stove top was old and took a very long time to heat up.

Only thing was the kitchen was a bit lacking in facilities - if you wanted to self cater you might struggle! There were no sharp knives for example - although I'm sure they would have provided had we asked as the staff were so kind. The bathroom was really hard not to flood as the curtain didn't go round the shower fully but we made it work!

The location is really good!

We had an issue with the air conditioning, and unfortunately, the way the owner handled the situation was very unpleasant. When we arrived, the remote control was already incorrectly configured. The owner checked it himself and had to set it up, specifically telling us not to press the “SET” button. We followed his instructions and never touched it. However, when the air conditioning became misconfigured again, he accused us of pressing the button and blamed us for the problem. We found this completely unfair, especially since the remote was already misconfigured before our arrival, suggesting there may be an issue with the remote, the settings, or the unit itself. What bothered us most was the owner’s tone and attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the issue calmly, he repeatedly blamed us and spoke to us in an ironic and disrespectful manner, even after we explained that we had not touched the button.
