Unfortunately, our stay 4 nights at Liberatos Village in Kefalonia was a major disappointment. The room was very old and poorly maintained, giving the impression that it had not been renovated for many years. There was rust on the chairs, in the bathroom, and even on the metal parts of the curtain fittings, creating an overall feeling of neglect and lack of cleanliness.The breakfast was of very poor quality, with limited choices and little freshness. In addition, the frappés were completely flavourless and the coffee quality was very disappointing.On a positive note, the staff were friendly, polite, and genuinely tried to assist us whenever possible. However, the issues we encountered appeared to be related to the overall condition and management of the property rather than the efforts of the employees themselves.Overall, our experience did not meet our expectations, and we certainly do not feel that the value for money was justified. We would not choose to stay at this property again and would not recommend it to other travellers.

On a positive note, the swimming pool area was pleasant and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The views from the pool were enjoyable and provided a nice setting to unwind during the day. This was one of the few highlights of our stay and helped make the experience somewhat more enjoyable.

Beds were not setup.
Bathroom light broken, we had to use our phone light.
They advertise wifi but the signals so weak from the room we were given we couldn't connect. Raised with staff who told us due to concrete walls we should go outside, tried and didn't work either.
There's no breakfast offered, not even a bottle of water in fridge.
Steep and narrow driveways to get into property.
Not really walkable to anywhere.
Wouldn't recommend to young families.
