The location was great—close to a nice park, the promenade, and the sea (about a 15-minute walk). The host was proactive and helpful, and the apartment itself was clean and generally pleasant.
It’s located in an old 5-storey Soviet-era building, which I personally don’t like—I didn’t realize this before making the reservation.
The apartment is advertised as suitable for 4 people, but there are no real beds, only sofas. The bedroom has two separate sofas that were old, worn, and uncomfortable to sleep on. There’s another sofa in the living room, which was in better condition and more acceptable for sleeping.
Given this setup, I wouldn’t recommend the apartment for 4 people. Even for 2 guests, you should be aware that you’ll be sleeping on sofas, not beds.
