Lovely

Location was brill, co-op and spar on doorstep. Beach 5 mins walk. Loved the outdoor area, lovely touch. Loved milk, Welsh cakes, tea, coffee and sugar as an extra.

Lovely comfortable apartment

Super comfortable stay at an ideal location.

Perfect location for shops and beach with easy parking. Roomy , airy apartment with all essential equipment and exceptionally clean. Comfortable seating in lounge and equally comfortable bed.

The shower was not very powerful or a high enough temperature.

Open the front door, and the uncomfortable sofa is right on top of you! Didn’t like that it was so dark inside, and cramped: sofa backed on to bed.

Great find with view of the sea.

Excellent communication from the host. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and there was everything you could possibly need for the stay. The location is fantastic with lovely views of the seafront. I would highly recommend.

Perfect accommodation for a family get together

Booked 3 apartments in total for family staying for a birthday celebration. The communication with the owners before our stay was excellent - all questions (and there were many) were answered very promptly. They could not have been more helpful. The apartments were all spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and exceptionally well equipped - a real home from home with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Location of the apartments is perfect - just a very short walk from the promenade and the lovely shops and cafes in Rhos-On-Sea. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are planning a visit to the area. Apologies for the lateness of this review Ross and Millie - who knows where the time goes!

Rhos on sea is a great place to visit and has a bit of everything.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and exceptional in comfort and appears to have been decorated throughout recently. Location was 5 minutes from local shops and 5-10 minutes to the beach. Russ the host was very friendly and would always ask if we were happy or needed anything. Highly recommended.

A lovely break during a heatwave in a lovely modern apartment near the seafront

Apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was a separate kitchen and stairs leading up to the bedroom so it felt like a house. Well located for beach and town.

Fantastic base for exploring!

Great value for money and well positioned for a week exploring North Wales. Lovely hosts who communicated very well from start to finish.

Minor niggle in that the bathroom window didn't open, and it did take a Google to work out how to use the hob but that might be more user issue!

Gorgeous accommodations in a fabulous location

I liked everything. The location was perfect, right by the sea. The apartment was well maintained and clean. Well stocked. Very comfortable. Our host, Russ, really went above any expectations to help us out. Much appreciated 😍

A beautiful flat in an ideal location.

Ideal location close to the main parade but sufficient distance away to be nice and quite.

IMO........ Beds need a refresh with new mattresses, other than that all was fantastic.

Short visit to Rhos on Sea

Another great stay 🙂

Russ, the host happened to be on site when we arrived. Checked to see if our room was ready for us (we were 2hrs early for check in)...room was good to go. Russ even helped with taking our bags in, so kind of him. The accommodation is was clean & is spacious, light and airy and has a great location. Hosts are quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I were to offer just one constructive criticism it would be to think about maybe upgrading the mattresses or adding memory foam toppers.

Disappointing bedsit advertised as one bedroom apartment

Good to be able to cook meals, nice bathroom, smart tv

Dark, basement bedsit with windows facing a live-in flat in the rear, not very private and no views. Bed is poor quality, duvet is small and light with no additional blankets in the flat. We were disappointed to find out was just a bedsit, not a one-bedroom flat as advertised. Also misleading that all of the photos in the overview for the property were of the upper floor apartments with large windows. Disappointing 😞 for our seaside stay

A home from home that exceeded our expectations - highly recommended!

The furnishings and fittings are of a high standard, as are the kitchen units and equipment, the television and the shower was excellent.

One tiny issue was that the toilet cistern in the twin bedroom in room 3 seemed to take a very long time to refill.

Spacious and comfortable, close to lovely beach and with many attractions nearby.

The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. The apartment was spotlessly clean and so was the decor - very smart and in good condition. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk were provided which is a nice touch after a long drive. There is on-site parking which is essential in this popular seaside location. The nearest Co-op is literally five minutes walk away and the sea is even closer. I loved the personal touches, like the gorgeous lilies in the hallway.

The tv was enormous and, when I got it to work, there were loads of channels to choose from. Unfortunately I struggled to make it work and it didn't work for more than an hour at a time. Probably my fault - I'm not very tech savvy!

The most relaxing holiday!

The apartment was clean, fresh, smelt lovely. The location is fantastic as everything you need from shops, to a pubs, cafés, chippy and the beach is all within a short walking distance.

Had a really good time and would happily book again

Great proximity to the beach and coast , very easy to get to different parts of wales via the coast road , apartment was very modern and had all the essentials you needed to enjoy your stay like a home from home

Needed better mattress was very springy and pillows were to soft and flat, it did get quite cold and couldn’t put the heating on as it’s centrally controlled for the building and not each apartment instead needed to use an electric heater but was only one and not enough to heat the whole apartment

Good location close to centre of resort and beach. St Trillo’s church is worth visiting something you could easily miss if you didn’t realise it was there.

Exceptional

We have stayed in Beachmount on three occasions, this most recent visit, with the new owners installed. I met both of the owners during the course of our stay, who were very helpful and friendly. The refurbishment of the apartment we used was good and had a more 'modern' feel to it with clean white walls and a layout of furniture etc that was more effective than previously.
