About this apartment rental
Our lakefront cottage comfortably sleeps 4 and is a perfect family getaway. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath unit features one king bed, one queen bed, and a sofa sleeper. Nestled inside the private gates of Reynolds Lake Oconee in the Marina Cove community, this is the perfect place to relax. Located right on the lake and in front of Linger Longer Marina, you can dock your boat and access it straight from the front door.
Our fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook and prepare snacks for a day out on the lake. Enjoy the beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere while catching a good time.
The property also offers folding outdoor chairs, towels, newly added furniture, free wifi, and internet TV (roku) in all rooms.
Available for nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home.

I hope to return to this property every summer. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and the view of the lake and marina was both peaceful and a picturesque. We had a very short walk to the marina when we rented a pontoon. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a full breakfast every morning.

The condo was better than pictured! Very clean with a well stocked kitchen and pleasantly decorated! The host and property manager were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns and couldn’t have been more accommodating.

First visit to Reynolds Plantation for a family wedding. Arrived at the guard gate only to be angerly denied access. We were told that the address to the property "did not exist". We showed her a map and our confirmation email. We informed her that my brother was already checked in to a different property next door as proof that it exists. There were tons of cars waiting behind us, so after she shrugged her shoulders, still saying that we weren't allowed to enter, we pulled around gate to attempt a second time. At this point she found my brother in the system who was on the same street she said didn't exist. She then rudely handed us a "guest of my brother" pass that we used for the entirety of the trip. Meanwhile we received a kind call from property manager apologizing. Hopefully that was resolved.Cute property but needs attention on a few areas. Outlets in bathrooms are loose. Hard to keep hairdryer plugged in. Lights burned out in refrigerator and above stove. Dispenser in master shower containing body wash leaked on floor and turned a green color. Assuming it was old. Was very slippery, hard to stay afoot. No ironing board, borrowed from brother next door. My brother had an entirely different experience. A personal note, a few water bottles and a big bag of M&Ms. That touch of hospitality makes a guest feel at home away from home. We had the best family wedding weekend aside from our mediocre start. We will be back and make our next property selection carefully.
