Basement of occupied home with private entrance. Abundance of parking. Center of private ranch land abounding with antelope, deer, & eagles. 1 mile of gravel road to Hwy 278. Very comfortable Stearns & Foster beds. Electric bed warmers for the winter season. Propane & electric heaters. Boot dryer/warmers. Non-smoking property & no pets. Smart TV only. Ring video doorbells over parking areas.
