Comfortable mobile home on Sage Creek Road. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Guests may provide their own air mattress and bedding for additional living room sleeping space. Functional kitchen with fridge/freezer combo, electric cooking range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and BBQ grill. Dining room table/chairs and large living room with propane stove. Television. No local or satellite TV services. Propane forced air heat.
3 miles from I-15 and small town of Dell, Montana (convenience store/fuel station, post office). 11 miles from Lima, Montana (cafe', steak house/bar, convenience store/fuel station, post office, outdoor heated community swimming pool).
Beautiful views of the Sage Creek Valley. Located in central Beaverhead County with easy access to Clark Canyon Reservoir, Big Sheep Creek, Little Sheep Creek, Centennial Valley, and the Lima Peaks.
Easy day trips to Yellowstone National Park through the Centennial Valley to West Yellowstone, Montana or through Island Park, Idaho. Lots of great fishing lakes along the way. Quick day trips to historic towns of Bannack, Virginia City and Nevada City, Montana. Tremendous fishing opportunities on the Red Rock, Beaverhead & Big Hole Rivers (blue ribbon trout fishing). In the heart of prime elk hunting. Block Management mule deer hunting out the back door of the home.

Everything was perfect! Location, ease of communication with friendly host, amenities were great. WiFi would have been helpful for my husband who was working part of the time. Clean, comfortable, everything worked…it was a great stay! Would go back!
