The location is fantastic, the property is well-maintained, and spacious for our group. We loved the views off the back of the balcony and thought the beds were comfortable. The reason I did not give it 5 stars were from the following: 1) the freezer did not work well. We purchased ice cream and found it the next day as a soup. The ice machine did not replenish the ice. I called and they sent someone out the next day but it did not improve and they left the melted ice cream on the counter where it completely spoiled and attracted ants; 2) the bathrooms had partial rolls of toilet paper and no extra roll. We ended up buying toilet paper at the grocery store, but you expect the rolls to be full to start or at least have a back-up roll; 3) the light in the master bathroom above the toilet was not working so you had to keep the door wide open in order to see anything; 4) the hot tub/spa on the property was empty and not operational. I understand that repairs sometimes need to be made but I didn't appreciate any heads up about the spa being non-operational. We got on our swim trunks and walked down to the spa only to find it had no water in it. A heads up would have been nice. If these things had been fixed/corrected, I would rate it a 5. The freezer was a massive problem, in my opinion. We were lucky we didn't need to use the freezer for anything else. No access to ice--especially for hikes and water bottles was very disappointing.

We loved the property. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were great. We have stayed in the Lodges for years and it's the best community! Right on the golf course with amazing views. The Deck at this house is terrific... BBQ, 4 Chairs and just great views!

Incredible rental perfect for your stay in Mammoth. Very clean spacious unit beautifully furnished with gorgeous views. From the onset of the reservation we had exceptional customer service and the unit was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to come back to visit again and The Lodges is where we will stay. Thank you for a very memorable weekend in Mammoth Lakes.
