Private yet close to everything, Six bedrooms 4 bathrooms sleeps 14

We had a great stay & it was very comfortable.

This house is just as described. Quiet. Convenient. All the amenities you need. Such a great place to spend time with family or friends.

We can not say enough about how much our family loved this location. Close to the beach and Daytona-but a private pool and hot tub whenever we wanted! The house was wonderful, well stocked and even had some great perks like the pay it forward beers and K-cups already there for us! The pool was WELL stocked with some sunblock and tons of pool floaties and toys! The theater room/guest house was a perfect place for the teenagers to be-because as much as we love our kids-it was great to have them in a separate spot but just steps away! I can’t give enough praise to Rob the property manager. The few things we needed, he responded immediately and took care of everything!! He even gave us a tour of the neighboring property they manage and it was STUNNING! We are now trying to recruit more families so we can stay at that spot next time. But no matter what, next time we are in that area on vacation we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

The property was perfect for us. We enjoyed the house , theater and pool. We also appreciated the close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
