After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).
📜 HOUSE RULES
These are all no-brainers but we don’t want any confusion, so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
💸 OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
• $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.
⚠️ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.
🚫 We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.

Stay Minty properties may be equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells.

That's why we provide a supply starter kit – Includes paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Note: Age Requirement and Security Deposit Policy
Guests under the age of 25 are required to provide a $750 security deposit or proof of damage insurance prior to check-in.
This policy is in place to ensure the protection and care of our properties. The deposit will be fully refundable after checkout, pending inspection and confirmation that no damages occurred during the stay.

This was an absolute beautiful cabin. There was 12 of us who came up for a ladies conference, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The cleanliness of the cabin and really appreciate the starter supplies for everyone. I have stayed at a lot of places and that was a great help after traveling. We didn't have to hit the store immediately. We really enjoyed our stay, overall experience was exceptional. Host was in constant contact.

We enjoyed our stay overall. It was plenty big for kids and parents. The kids loved the pool and the videogaming in the basement.
We had a couple issues while there but the main complaint is that the beds were terrible. They were so hard and it was so hard to get comfortable. Kids didn't mind of course but my husband and and I really struggled with such a hard bed. Also, the vents were super dirty and there are not specific towels for the pool area. We had to round up towels from the bathrooms and then dry and reuse for showers. There was no detergent on site either.
