About this house rental
Come enjoy the spectacular ocean views from this well equipped 3BR/3BA beachfront home in Cape May, with central A/C, several ceiling fans, and ocean views from just about every window!
As you enter into the ground floor there is an entry foyer and closet. Up ½ level is a bathroom with shower plus a narrow bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and TV. Up a ½ level from that is the entry into the spacious living room with cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and direct ocean views. Watch the sunrise from one of the two small decks off of the living room.
Up ½ level is our fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area and has seating for 8 and direct ocean views.
Up 1 level on the top floor we have two primary bedrooms, each with en suite baths. The first primary bedroom suite has a King-sized bed, ocean views from a one-person private deck, TV, and tiled bath with large glass-front walk-in shower. The second primary bedroom suite has direct ocean views, TV, a King-sized bed and a tiled en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is also a Samsung stackable front loading washer/ dryer on this level.
There is a garage to hold your personal items (it's not meant for a car). Feel free to use our gas grill, beach chairs, and toys. We also have four beach cruiser bikes for you to use. Ride at your own risk and BYO helmets.
Parking: We have private one car parking directly in front of our garage. Free off-street parking is available on New Jersey Avenue behind our complex.
We are a short walk from the heart of town.

10/10 for convenience to the beach and local eats and shops, there’s no better spot to be! It was a great, fun stay, but the bathrooms could really use a deep clean, there was a moldy squeegee in the master shower and the washer has mold growing on the lower seal. Also, the cooling is very inconsistent, the third level, where two bedrooms are is very hot, while the first floor bunk room gets freezing. Overall it was a nice stay just some issues with cleanliness and air circulation.

We had such a lovely stay! Our host was very response throughout the booking process and during our stay. This home and the amenities were accurately described. The location was so accessible - beachfront views and easy to walk to the local shops and restaurants made this a truly great experience! I would happily book again!

There was lots of space in this beach-front house, and checkin was a breeze! There were plenty of dishes and enough basic kitchen supplies (coffee, a ew spices, salt pepper, etc.). A note for those not familiar with this area: BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS. We didn't read the description closely enough and arrived without them, resulting in a last minute trip to buy some. Not the host's fault. Our minor nits that kept this from being a perfect stay are that the temperature in the home was VERY disparate - hot in some rooms, freezing in others - and a few small issues with cleaning. We enjoyed our stay though and would still recommend the home.

The rental was perfect except there was only one blanket per bed so we had to keep the heat up at night to stay warm. With such a great rental, surely an extra blanket wouldn't be too much to ask.
