Summerville is located less than 10 minutes from the Disney complex, so residents and guests will have easy access to parks and can enjoy all the infrastructure that the region provides, such as shops, outlets, restaurants, and theme parks. All the houses have a private balcony, either to make a beautiful barbecue with the family or enjoy the warmth and relax in a hydro. We have concierge services and attendants. Guests have access to a modern designed clubhouse, multiple reception areas, concierge services, a fitness center, a heated swimming pool, and a playground. It is minutes away from the local theme parks, shopping, golfing, and dining

BBQ Grill is available to use for $50 fee, the guest is responsible to refill the tank if needed.
Please, note that we give a starter kit with soap, one toilet paper in each bathroom, one dish soap, one paper towel, one trash bag. Please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to buy extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, salt + pepper + sugar and laundry detergent if you want to wash towels or clothes during your stay. We don't provide washcloths.
