The cottage layout was ideal for our family of three generations and a dog. The cottage was very comfortable, clean, warm and had everything that we needed. We loved the location near to a local park and a short walk onto Ironbridge. Parking for both cars was a big bonus. Thank you for the very thoughtful basket of treats and the voucher for a very tasty pork pie. Definitely recommend staying here to our friends.

Dear Mr. Norman,Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, and please accept my sincere apologies for the delayed reply – with it being Easter week, we've been extremely busy, but I wanted to ensure I took the time to properly address your concerns.I'm very sorry to hear that your stay at Dale Cottage did not meet expectations, especially with an elderly guest in your party. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards, and I’m genuinely disappointed that we fell short during your visit.I have now gone through each of the points you've raised:Upstairs Ensuite:The shower tray has now been unblocked – this can happen over time with use, but it’s now draining correctly. The hot and cold taps have been tightened – thank you for flagging this. The light fitting has been cleaned, and our cleaning team has been reminded to check and maintain this regularly. The heated towel rail runs off the main boiler, so it will only work when the heating is on – apologies this wasn’t made clearer. We usually provide a small bar of local soap in each bathroom and a larger bar in the welcome hamper. I’m sorry if these were missing – I’ve spoken with the team to ensure this is not overlooked in future.Family Bathroom:On inspection, I found that the extractor fan had failed, which caused the paint to peel and the build-up of moisture – this hadn’t been picked up by our cleaners, and I do apologise. This will be the first job for our maintenance man upon his
