A beautiful place to stay ...

The apartment is bright and cheery and is a great base for exploring Orebic and the must-see island of Korcula. The host was delightful and welcomed us with a large bag of the most delicious home grown grapes - this is wine country after all ! We had a great stay and would highly recommend to others.

Good value for money

We liked the hospitality if the host ZORA and acommodation was cozy with nice sea view. Zora was always helpful. Bed is very cozy and everything was really clean.

The first impression was bad, but in the end it was quite good

- Lady who owns this place is very easy going, helpful and nice. She shared grapes from her garden with us and always wanted to be sure if everything is ok. Tip - it is good to speak german. - Beds are really, really big and comfortable. - Towels were changed three times in 10 days - Location of LaidBack is also very good, a little bit outside Orebic (if it is even possible to say that, as this is very small town) and in very quiet neighbourhood. - beach is very close, restaurants and bars also, only bigger grocery stores were on the other side of the town. - Rooms are big enough for anything you bring with you - Parking - our car was always under the roof

- We've reserved two room appartment, but in the fact this were two seperate rooms, so not very comfortable for a small group. There was a small terrace where we could spend time, but we missed having a kind of salon or common room, especially when evening was chilly. - Only one room had a kitchen (which with two separate rooms is hardly convenient), which was so tiny it was barely enough to make breakfast for four people. More cooking was out of the question, possible but very difficult. - But the biggest drawback of LaidBack appartments was the lack of hot water. I don't mean very hot, but just hot for a shower. Owner tried to change this, but hot water was only twice. - Bathrooms were also very small (every room had it own) with not enough place for our stuff. A small cabinet would be useful. - Also, for this price rooms could have been cleaner.

Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful week long stay. A short walk to a fantastic beach and coastal walks. Beautiful views from the balcony. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Amazing hospitality from the owner.

All things considered it was good value for money.

Even though the apartment was located on the hill and it was a bit exhausting getting up there, it was relatively close to everything. The bed was comfortable. There were enough towels for our three-night stay. The terrace was wide and spacious and we had a good parking space.

We didn't like our neighbors who were really loud and kept disturbing us and the fact that there was no hairdryer and not enough toilet paper. During our stay, we didn't get offered any refills. But the lady kept telling us to save the electricity, which was actually off-putting. We are already environment oriented but don't want to hear about those things on our vacation where we are actually paying for our stay. The apartment needs a few small repairs, such as fixing the electrical socket and the view wasn't the best.

It was a really beautiful stay in Orebic with Zora! Soo friendly and helpful! We most enjoyed our early breakfasts at the quiet, sunny balcony and stayed two nights longer than we originally planned!

An oasis in Orebić which is worth several return visits!

The beautiful setting, the smell of the flowers and fruit trees, the forrest behind the property, and the sea view from the balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean, sunny, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Of course, the hosts, Zora and Slavko, are warm, helpful, and caring locals with a long history in the hospitality industry. Thank you both for making me feel welcome and appreciated

Miło spędziliśmy tu nasze wakacje.

Właściciele bardzo mili. Pozwolili nam zostawić rzeczy w lodówce i w pokoju, ponieważ wcześniej byliśmy na Korćuli i do Orebića przypłynęliśmy o 11 rano. Cisza, spokój a jednocześnie blisko centrum. Duży balkon, bardzo wygodne lóżko, czysto, duża lodówka. Aneks malutki ale wystarczający i dobrze wyposażony. Dużo ręczników , nawet podczas naszego 5 dniowego pobytu właścicielka zmieniła nam ręczniki i ściereczki. Trzeba zaopatrzyć się w coś przeciw komarom. Orebić ładny a 90 % turystów to Polacy :). Dużo tras rowerowych w pobliżu oraz przepiękne widoki. Polecam odwiedzić plażę Extravaganza i konobę się tam znajdującą. Dojazd dość trudny ale warto. Pod wodą można zobaczyć nawet koralowce. Koniecznie też polecam wizytę w Trsteniku oraz w Ston. Można przejść murami z miasta Ston do Mali Ston i tu wpaść na przepyszne ostrygi. Widoki niesamowite gwarantowane !! Dużo schodów, więc nie polecam z małymi dziećmi.

Troszkę mały pokój, jak otworzyło się drzwi balkonowe to ciężko było przejść obok.

Wir hatten die Wohnung nach der ersten Nacht verlassen. Gebucht hatten wir für 4 Nächte.

- die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und kooperativ - das Parken direkt vor dem Haus

Wir hatten die kl. Wohnung (1. Etage, grüner Ausstattung) mit einem Schlafzimmer für 4 Nächte gebucht. Als erstes müssten wir feststellen dass die Wohnung nur ein Fenster/ Balkon im Schlafzimmer hatte. - Die Ausstattung und Standard der Wohnung sind veraltet. Besonders schlimm fanden wir die durchgelegene Mattratze ( mein Mann war "gezwungen" die Nacht halbsitzend auf dem Sofa zu verbringen)!!!!!; Die Entlüftung im Bad war s.s .laut und das Bad hat hatte viele andere weitere Mängel - Im Eingangsbereich, was sich als Ess-und Wohnzimmer herausstellte war eine einzige Klimaanlage für die gesamte Wohneinheit. Die kalte Luft erreichte nicht das Schlafzimmer. - die Küche, die keine richtige Küche war, war s. spartanisch eingerichtet; kein Toaster und keine Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden - die Lage des Hauses, trotz der 2-ten Reihe zu der Hauptstraße fanden wir laut
