Absolutely lovely

Quaint little apartment - perfect for a couple. Has everything you need for a short stay, it's absolutely spotless and perfect location wise. Owner is quite friendly, easy to chat to and ready to help with any issues that might arise.

Parking is a bit of a trouble as only few spaces available and they were occupied by the locals all the time. However, the owner did advise of extra space so we were parking wherever it was available at a time - though sometimes that meant going for a short drive until one became free.

The apartment hod a really bad smell. The old shower was held together with sticky tape and the shelves. The lights wouldn’t turn off. The outside decking handrail which is 3 stories high were all rusted away and glass partitioning broken. broken floor tiles and the list goes on.

Lulak studio apartments position is quite good, close to the beach. Bed was comfortable and terrace was nice.

The air conditioning works well, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The sea view is really like in the photos but the terrace is NOT.

The second after entering the apartment with a sea view, you can see how the situation shown in the Booking photos is from some past times. The walls are cracked, dirty white with traces of insects / mosquitoes and footprints on the ceiling. The closet located in the hallway with several different hangers does not have a single shelf, it is torn and there is not even close space for things of one or even two people. The TV is the size of the average monitor from the 90s. The kitchen is small, one of the two stove radiators is not working and it is difficult to prepare anything on it. The dishes were dirty and everything needed to be washed before the first use. The bathroom - which is not shown in any of the photos - is very small, there were visible traces of mold on the edges of the shower, and for several days in a row we saw insects walking around the shower. There was no hot water on the last day. The sea view is really like in the photos but the terrace is NOT. The fence on the terrace is not blue and white as in the photos, but is brown with parts in the rust, and rust is also present on the table and chairs on the terrace that are visibly worn. The awning above the balcony is torn and furnished in such a way that it does not protect from the sun at all, so it is impossible to stay on the terrace during the day. The partitions on the terrace between the apartments are made of cracked glass which does not provide enough privacy between the apartments. The exterior of the building in which the apartment is located is also NOT as in the photos - on the floor below the apartment is a shop Studenac which under the terraces of apartments with the sea view has its own warehouse and balconies are messy and full of boxes. Parking is free as stated, but it is located 300 meters from the apartment and to it, as well as to the beach, you have to go first on the sidewalk along the main road and then on the road without sidewalks.

Dla osób bardzo mało wymagających. Raczej na jedną noc bo apartament tak mały,że się obijac o siebie.

Bardzo mały pokój. Brzydki. Czytałam opinie o karaluchach i nie wierzyłam ale ewidentnie coś nocą się przemieszczało.

Pan życzył nam spania na ulicy przed tym jak nawet wydał nam klucze bo jemu się nie chciało wydać nam pokoju. Wydała nam klucze bodajże jego żona odrazu po otwarciu drzwi wypełzły dwa karaluchy. Pani udawała że tego nie widzi po zwróceniu uwagi udało jej się ubić jednego z nich. Na ścianach w łazience gigantyczna pleśń- zdjęcia zrobione tak by nie było widać sufitu. Po przedstawieniu właścicielowi że warunki nie są odpowiednie powiedział że i tak nie dostaniemy zwrotu pieniędzy i życzy miłego spania na ulicy :). Na zdjęciu ubity robak przez panią, którego rzuciła na korytarz.
